Buttons are attached to the hem, but there are no buttonholes, so they cannot be fastened.

The name was written on the back of the tag, so it has been erased with a marker.

The name was also written on the back of the Velcro on the hat (the part not visible from the front), so it has been erased with a marker.

The beige color of the hat is lighter than the beige of the pants and jacket.

Overall, the stitching is rough and threads are coming out.
I think it's fine for short-term, occasional wear like for costumes.
