Condition: Fair preloved condition. This dress is stunningly beautiful, but a flawed gem in need of some TLC. Please view photos. There’s some staining along the bottom of the tulle/mesh net skirt. This was not treated & may very well come out. Otherwise this is a perfect dress for someone who’s into rescues & up cycling! You can detach the top & then make it a 2 pieces set, or make this into a midi or mini dress or skirt!
