Sega Saturn Welcome House

This is a used copy of the Sega Saturn game "Welcome House" in generally good condition.
It's a rare game, so it's difficult to find.
I've been using it for play, and I've confirmed it works recently.

The instruction manual has stains and wrinkles.
The obi (sleeve), postcard, and sticker are included, but the obi and postcard have stains. The sticker has stains and marks from being in the case.
The obi is stuck to the case.

The disc reading surface has some small scratches and dirt.

Recommended for those who want to play the game, not for collectors.
