^{After each reservation, we conduct a full walkthrough of the property. Any damages will be documented with photos, and we'll notify you immediately. Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.}

^{No, Pets are NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME, $750 Pet Fee (Additional charge if you do not follow house rules)}

^{Events may be allowed at some properties, but please inquire with us before booking. All events are subject to approval. It must be discussed with the host before booking, scheduling vendors etc.This will incur an additional event rental Fee, in addition to the reservation.}

^{Why do you require a copy of my ID and each guest's ID?}

^{For safety and liability reasons, we require a copy of your ID and each guest's ID at the time of booking. This serves as an extra precaution and allows us to be informed of everyone staying in the home in the event of an emergency, including names and ages of minors.}

^{We provide limited paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and towels. Please purchase any additional items you may need when you run out.} 

^{What are the rules regarding parking?}

^{Parking is available in the driveway and/or garage, with a maximum of two cars allowed. Please do not park oversize vehicles in the driveway, and ensure you return the garage remote (if applicable). Vehicles left after the reservation will be ticketed and towed.}

^{Additional fees include an additional guest fee of $50 after the 6 guests,}

^{late check-out fee of $150 (with $10 for every additional minute),} 

^{smoking fee of $500,} 

^{pet fee of $750 (no pets allowed),} 

^{and a key replacement fee of $250.}

^{What happens if I break the house rules?}

^{Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.}

^{No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking, such as smoke odor, marks, ashes, or clippings, will result in a fee of $500.}

^{What if I need to re-enter the property after checkout?}

^{Please do not re-enter the property after checkout. If you need to retrieve any belongings, please make arrangements with us beforehand.}

^{Are there any restrictions on using products on the beds or furniture?}

^{Yes, please refrain from using the following products on the beds or furniture:}

^{What should I do with trash during my stay?}

^{Please ensure that all trash is placed in the designated trash cans. Do not leave trash on the floor or outside of the house. Pull all trash cans to the edge of the curb for pick up.}

^{Can I have packages delivered to the property?}

^{No, we do not allow packages to be delivered to the property. We will not be responsible for any damages or missing items related to package deliveries.}

^{What happens if damages are found?}

^{Fees will be charged per item for any damages found during the walkthrough after your stay.}

^{The credit card information that was used on the reservation will be billed for all damages.}

^{What constitutes a long-term stay?}

^{Any booking lasting 10 days or more will be considered a "Long Term Stay." Housekeeping will be required on a bi-weekly basis during long-term stays, and this amount will need to be paid in addition to your booking amount.}

^{If you are booking for someone else, please inform us beforehand. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without a refund.}
